Bollards in tube form have been used for centuries. The R&D team questioned this design and entered completely new paths. This new bollard were inspired by the biomechanics of nature, especially the shark tooth.
Prior to the market launch, the new bollard was crash tested. The City Protector passed the impact almost unscathed with complete destruction of the vehicle. The penetration distance of zero is an outstanding result and unrivalled in the security market. The less the penetration, the safer the area for public life.

SHALLOW FOUNDATION
The shallow foundation depth of only 220 mm is particularly important. Especially in inner cities, where underground buried utility lines, underground parking garages may be existing and every millimeter counts. Shallow foundation makes construction works easier and faster to be performed.
EASY TO MOUNT
During development it was ensured that the City Protector can be assembled and disassembled manually by only one person, avoiding the need for heavy equipment such as cranes or forklifts.
CUSTOM DESIGN AND STREET FURNITURE
A unique feature is the individual design which can be adapted t the cityscape. Our City Protector has a multi layered structure and can be customized in color and shape. The integration as street furniture invites the citizens to interact and thus helps to increase the acceptance enormously. Popular solutions are benches, planters, bike racks, rubbish bins etc.
